Having a baby is a big deal. The body goes through tremendous change and although this is a normal process,

I know how you feel because I've been there! I tore my pelvic floor after the birth of my first daughter and got
multiple umbilical hernias after my second. I ended up with three separate hernia repairs which required A LOT
of core rehab. I also suffered from postnatal depression (PND). It's been a long journey but I'm pleased to say that
