"Caroline is a stellar trainer! She is very knowledgeable and experienced, works really well with people and understands very well her trainees individual needs. She knows when to challenge more and when to have a more relaxing session. Great for both in person individual and group sessions but also for remote zoom sessions. I highly recommend her!" - Stela, mum of 2

A Balanced Body and Mind
An individual session is tailor-made to your goals and level of fitness & daily activity. By exercising outdoors, your mind will feel calmer and more focused. Below are three components of fitness that are important for a balanced body:
Cardio is good for your heart and burns calories. We use the most effective way to get your heart rate up. This could be dynamic bodyweight exercises such as lunges and squats, or boxing, sprint intervals or skipping. Low-impact or high-impact.
Most of us need to improve our mobility for better joint health, improved posture and overall wellbeing. This is not the same as flexibility although we may work on the latter as well. During a mobility session, we slow down each exercise using deep breathing and safely mobilise and activate the muscles using a combination of yoga and Pilates exercises as well as the suspension trainer (TRX) and a resistance band. By activating the stabilising muscles in the body, you are freeing up the prime movers to better do their job.
As mums or mums-to-be, we need to be strong enough to carry, lift, pull and push our little one on a daily basis. Strength is therefore an important component of pre- and postnatal fitness as well as for the later years when we start losing lean muscle mass. Strength is built gradually and by being consistent. We use your own bodyweight, dumbbells, kettlebells, logs in the forest, slam balls, battle ropes and more to help you reach your strength goals.
