It is always heartwarming to receive this kind of review. I do put a lot of hard work and passion into my classes and I feel privileged to get to know and train mums like Deborah. She started off with Buggyfit and has now moved on to my Boxercise and Fit mums classes. It’s great to see a mum gaining strength and confidence in her body again after giving birth.
Helping other mums also means helping myself. Last week I realised that having not taken a single day off work since lockdown began, I was about to hit a wall. So this week I’m making the most of half-term by taking a few days off to spend some time with my girls. I hope you’re also able to enjoy the gorgeous sunshine this week 🙏
