World Meditation Day 2020

Hopefully you are finding some time to sit in stillness and meditate every day but if you’ve never tried it, why not make today your first day. I always find it easier to go inward when I’m surrounded by natural beauty and the sound of birds chirping. By taking a few minutes out of your day to allow any thoughts or feelings to arise without reacting to them, you will feel much calmer and peaceful afterwards, and therefore better equipped to respond to whatever is going on in your life. 🙏
